Services Dashboard

Premise: UI design for a dashboard and related pages to monitor and edit the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and its Service Level Objectives (SLO).

My Role: Lead User Experience Designer

Process: Review the requirements with Product manager and Development team – Review of the existing UI flow – Low fidelity mockup for the dashboard – Presentation to UX team – Feedback/Reiterate – High Fidelity Mockup – Presentation to Product manager and Development team – Feedback/Reiterate – Final high fidelity mockup – Work with developer to ease implementation.

Outcome: High fidelity mockup for Service Dashboard and related screens.
