Premise: Design a game which is innovative and ready for commercial production.
Process: Learn the elements of game design. A detailed study of the game play, user interactions and user behaviour of some existing games was done. After multiple ideations, many prototypes were developed and the game play tested. Final game was decided on the basis of game play, elements of uncertainty and surprise. Extensive user testing was done with the relevant age groups for improvement.
Outcome: ‘TradeRaid‘ is a deck of 66 cards & 56 tokens with which 4 games can be played for various age groups. Joint copyright holder for the game, it will soon be in market (bought by a game manufacturer through auction at IIT Bombay).
